It wouldn't be the mid-winter Targa without random conditions and this year's Targa Rotorua certainly had variety. From clear blue sky crisp winters days to thunder lightning and hail, seemingly within minutes of each other, the elements threw nearly all they had at the Targa field. Ground-Sky were naturally out in force and have plenty to show for the experience.
